3-D Groundwater Modeling Animation using Visual Modflow Pro

This is part of the results to show the 3D hydrogeological model at one of the project site located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.  The model was created to solve a seepage problem on the slopes of a valley.

The model shows the geological strata below the ground surface, the position of boreholes, the groundwater flow path and contour.  This 3-D animation model was successfully indicated several places of groundwater seepage at both slopes of the valley.

To date, the slopes were mitigated to reduce the groundwater level and hence, increase the slope stability.
